The Ombuds Office offers a variety of training programs designed to help improve conflict management and communication skills, build trust and team cohesion, foster understanding of different behavior styles, and more. Many of these trainings are offered to staff through UC Davis Learning and Development. Additionally, we offer tailored trainings to groups or work teams to address their specific needs.
