The Ombuds Office has a private lending library available to UC Davis, UC Davis Health, and UC ANR community members to borrow from over 90 curated print titles related to conflict management. These books are for those interested in learning more about conflict management topics in the work and academic environments, such as negotiation, change management, workplace dynamics, bullying, and others. The views and ideas expressed in the Lending Library books are solely those of the authors and not necessarily endorsed by the Ombuds Office.
If you would like to discuss the ideas or strategies in these books, especially as they apply to your own situation, you are welcome to schedule an individual appointment with an ombuds.
