Lindsey Ensor

Lindsey Ensor, MS serves as a Senior Associate Ombuds in the UC Davis Ombuds Office. Lindsey is a Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner and holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University. Prior to joining the UC Davis Ombuds Office in 2018, Lindsey served as a Program Manager & Facilitator for Adventure Associates, a team building and leadership training company. She has extensive mediation experience and has worked as a Conflict Resolution and Training Consultant and as a Conflict Analyst with various nonprofit organizations in Washington, DC.
