Conflict Competence Skills for Electronic Communication

As work teams increasingly become more diverse and collaborate through electronic communication, there is increased benefit in developing skills to communicate effectively across multiple platforms and with individuals from different backgrounds and career levels. This interactive workshop will provide tools, techniques, and skills to effectively manage conflicts related to electronic communication in the workplace. Workshop attendees will learn how conflict competence can contribute to positive working relationships, how electronic communication can be used effectively in the workplace, and skills to prevent and manage conflict through electronic communication.
